Praying through Isaiah 54:5

Heavenly Father, what a great privilege it is to be Your child and to be called by Your name. Thank You that You prove to be such a good and gracious God, Who is very patient and of great goodness. Thank You for the long-suffering mercy You showed to Your people Israel despite their errant ways, and what a confidence I have in You, that Your promises to the Church will similarly never fail. Thank You that You Who started a good work in me will continue it until the day of Christ Jesus, in Whose name I pray, AMEN.

“For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.”
(Isaiah 54:5)

Praying through Isaiah 54:17

Thank You, Father, that there is nothing in the physical or spiritual realm that can triumph over me, that I am secure in Christ, and every accusation of the enemy will be condemned. Help me to never fear those that seek to harm me in word or in deed, but help me to be a faithful witness of Your steadfast grace in the place where You have put me. In Jesus' name, I pray. AMEN.

“No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”
(Isaiah 54:17)
