Dear Lord, thank you for another wonderful day. Thank you for your many blessings. You have chosen for me to be unemployed, which was a blessing at first. It gave me time to help my mother and father in their time of need. But, Father, they do not need me now, and I desperately need a job, a good job. You have blessed me with help this far, but Lord, I need a steady income to support the household. There is a temporary job that I may have, but it will not pay all of my bills, and I will have to work on Sundays. Is that Your will, Lord? Show me what to do. Please, if it is not Your will for me to take this job, give me something before the temporary job starts. I do not want to lose the home that You have given me, but this will happen if I cannot pay the bills. I thank You for everything You do for me, Lord. So many people in this world need You more than I do right now. I pray Your blessing for them, as well, the sick, the elderly, the lonesome, but most of all, I pray for those searching for answers. Lead and guide them to you, Lord. Open their hearts and their understanding. Your will be done. Amen.
