Prayer for Matthew 12:20

“He will not break a bruised reed, and He will not put out a smoldering wick, until He has led justice to victory.”

Praying through Matthew 12:20

Loving Father, praise Your name. I thank You that in Your grace You lifted me up out of the miry clay, when I was that broken reed and smoking flax, and set my feet on the Rock of my salvation. Thank You for Your tenderness, loving-kindness, and care. May I always come to You in times of trial and distress. Keep me under the shadow of Your wing. In Jesus' name I pray, AMEN.
