Heavenly Father, thank You for the truth of Your word, which tells us the end from the beginning. Thank You that Your promises to Israel still stands, despite their centuries of unbelief.. and thank You that Your promises to me and the whole Christian Church remain YES and AMEN in Christ Jesus, my Saviour, despite the times that my faith has failed and my pride has caused me to forget You. May I live and work to Your praise and glory, in Jesus name I pray, AMEN.
Heavenly Father what amazing grace, that You should send Your only begotten Son to come to earth as the heavenly Lamb of God Who takes away the sin of the world, and also as the human son of king David, Who will set up a kingdom of peace and prosperity, on earth. Thank You that You loved the world so much that You chose to die on the cross so that we might live. Thank You that Your plan of redemption does not exclude anyone and thank You that all Who call on the name of the Lord, in faith, will be saved. Help me to live my life in a way that honours Your name and thank You that all Your plans and purposes for the salvation of man and the restoration of the world are 'Yes' and 'Amen' in Christ Jesus our Lord - in Whose name we pray, AMEN.
Heavenly Father we lift up all those women and mothers whose hearts are aching because of their decision to have an abortion and who are now riddled with guilt, because of their choices.
We also lift up those whose freely chose to abort their babies, based on their own selfishness attitude.. thinking that a baby in their life would spoil the prearranged plans they had made or inhibit their desired destiny.
We pray Your mercy and forgiveness over each one and ask that in a very special way You would come alongside each woman who has made a decision to terminate their pregnancy – and meet each one at their very point of need.
Comfort those that are grieving, support those that are weak and convict those that have rejected the sacredness of a human life – and bring each one we pray, to a saving faith in the Lord Jesus, and an assurance of Your gracious forgiveness. This we ask in Jesus name.
