Uncontrolable anger from

It doesnt happen all the time but once every 4-5 months this uncontrolable anger rears its ugly head up and It starts making me flip out, curse, doubt,hurt and then other things like jealousy, bitterness, resentment, slander revolve in the midst of it. Then when im over it i feel this tremendeous guilt and feel very sheepish around christians. This only happens when im on my own and not at church Im sick of it but it tends to take over and ive got no control over it. Ive prayed about it to no avail please help me overcome this jekle and hide beast.
