Prayer for Psalm 100

Heavenly Father, we want to link our voices with the whole of creation and rejoice in Your goodness and grace. Thank You for You great and might works and for the gifts and graces that You have bestowed on us. Thank You that Your grace is sufficient for all and that no-one is excluded from Your good and gracious offer of salvation – through faith in Christ. Thank You that You loved us so much that You sent Jesus to be the propitiation for our sins and thank You that by faith You have removed our sin as far as the east is from the west – and are prepared to do the same for all who will trust in Christ for the forgiveness of their sins. May our lives be a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving – for You alone are worthy of all praise and worship. in Jesus name we pray, AMEN.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the “Old Hundredth” and for the call to lift up our voices in worship, praise and thanksgiving for all that You have done for us, and for all men. We praise You for our creation as new creatures in Christ and for Your promise to preserve us throughout this life. And we praise and thank You that the day is coming when we will be glorified – spirit, soul and body – for we will see Jesus as He is and be made like unto Him – we praise and worship You with grateful hearts and songs of thankfulness – AMEN.

Heavenly Father, thank You that You have made Yourself known through the holy Scriptures, the indwelling Holy Spirit and the Person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ – my God and my Saviour. I pray that the truths that I have read in Your Holy Word may be implanted so deeply within my soul, that nothing will shake me from the truth of Your Word – this I ask in Jesus name, AMEN.

Heavenly Father, thank You for the Word of Life which is in Christ Jesus. Thank You that You are our Creator and God, our Saviour and Redeemer. You alone are worthy of all praise and thanksgiving and we bless and glorify Your holy name. Thank You that You are a faithful God Who keeps His promises and fulfils His word and thank You that Your loving-kindness endures forever – praise Your holy name, AMEN.

You truly are a wonderfully merciful God and I praise Your name for Your faithfulness; kindness; goodness and grace. I pray that I will never lose the sense of awe and wonder for all You have done for me and pray that I may be used by You during my sojourn here on earth, to Your praise and glory, in Jesus name, AMEN.
