Heavenly Father, thank You for the lessons You teach me through the history of Israel. Thank You that Your promises to them never failed, and just as Your presence remained with them, despite their disobedience, I thank You that Your promises to me are also 'Yes' and 'Amen' in Christ Jesus - my kinsman-Redeemer. Thank You that I too have found grace in Your eyes and I pray that I would walk worthy of my calling. Thank You that in Your grace I am held safe and secure - Praise Your Holy name, AMEN.
O God, our Father, help us to see ourselves as children who seek guidance; children who walk in the midst of many dangers.
Help us not to be afraid so long as we walk close to Thee. Thy ways, O God are higher than our ways and often we do not understand. Teach us, O God, that we do not have to understand but to trust and Thou wilt see us through every difficulty in life.
When Thou art near, I am not afraid, I want to “draw nigh to God” in the assurance that when I do, He will “draw nigh unto me,”
In Jesus’ name,
Heavenly Father, thank You for the wonderful way that You led and guided Your people Israel, despite their constant murmuring and lack of faith. Thank You that I have been born-again in Christ, and am seated with Him in heavenly places. Although I may not have seen Your glory with my physical eyes, I thank You Father, that my spiritual eyes have been opened to Your truth and that I have been baptised into the body of Christ. Thank You that I have the Holy Spirit of glory indwelling my body and am eternally positioned in Christ. May I live and work to Your praise and glory, for the rest of my life - this I asking Jesus name, AMEN.
