Heavenly Father, thank You for the book of Revelation and for the greater insight and understanding it gives into the Person and work of the Lord Jesus. As John is taken up into heaven and shown the things which must happen next, I am reminded of that glorious day when Jesus will come in the clouds to rapture His Church to heaven. How wonderful it would be to be part of that generation that do not see death but are changed in the twinkling of an eye. Come quickly, Lord Jesus! AMEN.
Holy Lord, there is none like You. You alone are worthy of all glory and praise. Thank You for my salvation and that I have been bought with the precious blood of Christ so that I too can sing with the Cherubim in the eternal ages to come, "Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come."
