Praying through Psalm 46:1

Heavenly Father, how I praise You for Your Word and the truths within its pages. Thank You that You are my ever-present Rock of refuge and my never-failing strength and stronghold. Equip me, I pray, to stand fast in the evil day and to trust in Your Word, though the earth be moved and though the mountains be thrown into the midst of the sea. In Jesus' name I pray, AMEN.

“{To the chief Musician for the sons of Korah, A Song upon Alamoth.} God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”
(Psalm 46:1)

Praying through Psalm 46:10

Dear Lord, I praise You that Your Word stands fast forever and ever and that Your precious promises encourage me to rest in Your love and drink deeply from the Rock of my salvation. Draw near to every member of Christ’s Body, and protect Your people, Israel, against the increasing roar of the nations. I pray for Your soon return, when Your name will be exalted throughout all the earth. Then all the nations will know that You are God. In Jesus' name, AMEN.

“Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”
(Psalm 46:10)
